the other night
when you called me on my ten digit number and my phone was silent
lying next to the computer,
the number flashed
sought me out
i jumped
went red
reached out to pick it up
and the computer's screen did a quick tango.
Silly goosewilly things that make days turn into osmotic nights and vice versa. For most part, this is balderdash that only makes sense to me. May those of you who tread past and understand not a thing, rest in peace.

I have a flat screen putr at work, it never does the tango :(
And I have a laptop at home, the screen of which does the tango often alright, but not once when anyone calls :'(

my phone and my screen often Foxtrot....they used to do the Cha Cha prior to that...
